About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Business Data Analyst to join our team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their skills in business analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple business sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, business opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Write basic SQL queries to retrieve, filter, and analyze data from databases.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular business performance reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data cleaning.
- Fundamental understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Academic projects or internship experience involving data analysis or business reporting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and data visualization is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python or statistical analysis is an added advantage.
