About the Role
The Information Technology Intern will support the technology infrastructure that powers Platform 21’s educational platform and internal operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily IT tasks such as monitoring systems, configuring hardware and software, and supporting network performance.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues for team members.
- Maintain basic network security practices.
- Ensure devices and applications run smoothly.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to document procedures and learn best practices.
- Provide timely technical support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational skills in Information Technology and Network Administration.
- Skills in Troubleshooting and basic Network Security practices.
- Strong Customer Service skills for supporting internal users.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux) and common productivity tools.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow documented procedures, and work collaboratively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be able to work on-site in Nagpur.
