About the Role

The Digital Marketers Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting digital growth initiatives for Laneway and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with social media marketing campaigns.
• Helping execute digital marketing strategies.
• Contributing to content planning for various online channels.
• Supporting lead generation activities, such as researching target audiences and helping manage outreach efforts.
• Monitoring web analytics.
• Preparing performance reports and suggesting optimization ideas based on data insights.
• Collaborating with consulting, technology, and media teams to ensure consistent branding and effective digital communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for planning and executing online campaigns.
• Skills in Lead Generation and Marketing to support audience outreach and growth initiatives.
• Skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present insights clearly.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, basic SEO concepts, and commonly used digital marketing tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
