About the Role
- Entry-level Electrical Engineer position.
- Focus on engineering design for nuclear products, specifically electrical system design, and instrumentation and controls design.
- Develop skills in creating engineering design documents, including calculations and specifications.
- Reports to the Manager - large project electrical systems.
- Location: Rock Hill, SC.
- Position type: Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Use software packages such as Mathcad, Matlab, or PSPice.
- Learn new software packages.
- Provide engineering design, including electrical system design, instrumentation and controls (I&C) designs, and system wiring.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to obtain necessary information.
- Plan and schedule work to meet requirements.
- Utilize standards, techniques, procedures, and criteria for the development of engineering design documents, including calculations and specifications.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge obtained from core college courses.
Salary Range
- Estimated: $58,400 to $73,000 per year.
