About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical, determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. This role focuses on boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Oversee the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end-to-end.
• Manage and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Systematically handle and manage incoming invoices, verifying accuracy, matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.
