About the Role
The Data Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in India. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources to support reporting and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis.
- Build and maintain data models.
- Generate dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Interpret statistical results, identify trends and patterns.
- Communicate insights in a clear, structured manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, validate findings, and recommend improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with programming languages used in data analysis (e.g., Python or R) and familiarity with databases is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics techniques.
- Solid foundation in statistics (descriptive and inferential methods).
- Experience with data modeling.
- Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
