About the Role
The Order to Cash Operations Associate will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical. This role involves determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Responsibilities include optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility, end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting operational data reports.
- Conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- Optimizing working capital.
- Providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
- Streamlining billing processes.
- Managing the entire process from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing.
- Solving queries related to cash applications.
- Coordinating with customers.
- Applying unapplied cash.
- Reconciling suspense accounts in cash application.
- Processing from payment receipt to finalization.
- Assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, including financial settlement, order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services, and activation of billing.
- Includes Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network management.
