About the Role

This is a paid internship role for a Human Resources Intern, based on-site in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in a range of HR activities.
- Draft and implement HR policies.
- Manage employee benefits.
- Perform personnel management.
- Coordinate HR programs.
- Support recruitment efforts.
- Maintain employee records.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and organize offer letters, appointment letters, internship agreements, and other HR documents using approved templates.
- Track probation, internship completion, and document submissions.
