About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on digital marketer to manage multiple campaigns, create engaging content, and drive relevant inquiries and measurable business outcomes. This role requires comfort working directly within advertising platforms, not just coordinating with agencies, and the ability to explain results using actual campaign data. The initial focus will be on digital advertising, content, and social media, with opportunities to grow into broader marketing management across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid campaigns: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and potentially LinkedIn Ads. This includes audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy, creative testing, and budget allocation.
- Create content: Develop social posts, carousels, basic graphics, short videos, reels, and advertising creatives. Translate program information and customer needs into clear, credible content.
- Manage social channels: Maintain a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Publish content consistently, monitor responses, and ensure inquiries are directed appropriately.
- Generate and improve lead quality: Run campaigns to attract relevant target audiences. Collaborate with the Founder to understand lead quality, refine messaging, and support the progression towards consultations and enrollments.
- Track and report performance: Maintain campaign reports covering spend, qualified inquiries, cost per qualified lead, and downstream conversions. Utilize analytics, tracking links, and CRM records to differentiate genuine customer interest from clicks and form submissions.
- Support offline marketing: Assist in planning and promoting school outreach, community activities, events, and local partnerships. Integrate offline activities with digital promotion, lead capture, and measurable follow-up.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Practical experience managing paid campaigns, ideally across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with demonstrable results.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- LinkedIn Ads experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to create content independently using Canva or similar tools.
- Clear copywriting skills.
- Basic video editing capability.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns without losing track of budgets or deadlines.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, spreadsheets, and basic CRM processes.
- Clear communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in EdTech, education, tuition, admissions, or local-service lead generation will be an advantage.
- Comfort working closely with the Founder in a small, early-stage team.
- Takes ownership, asks useful questions, and learns from results.
Qualifications
- This section details desired attributes rather than formal educational requirements.
- Demonstrated ownership and proactive learning.
Career Growth
- Opportunity to progress towards Marketing Manager – Digital & Offline with broader responsibilities.

Employment and Working Arrangement
- Full-time employee position.
- Initial three-month probation period.
- Requires in-person work in Gurugram.
- Regular collaboration with the Founder.
- This is not a remote, freelance, or internship opportunity.
