Tutor Acquisition Trainee

About the Role

GrittyTech is a specialized educational institution focused on delivering tailored learning experiences. The Tutor Acquisition Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The trainee will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding qualified tutors across various subjects and professional domains to meet platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess tutors' subject expertise, teaching experience, communication skills, and overall suitability.
• Coordinating tutor assessments, demo sessions, and reference checks.
• Maintaining accurate tutor databases.
• Supporting the onboarding process.
• Collaborating with academic and operations teams to understand tutor requirements.
• Matching qualified tutors with suitable learning opportunities.
• Monitoring tutor performance and gathering feedback.
• Maintaining recruitment reports.
• Ensuring documentation and verification compliance.
• Building a strong pipeline of potential tutors.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to identify, source, and recruit qualified tutors across multiple subjects and professional domains.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tutors and internal teams.
• Ability to conduct structured candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain databases, recruitment trackers, and reports.
• Basic understanding of education, teaching, or tutoring environments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and other office productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage recruitment targets, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Preferred: Prior experience or internship in recruitment, talent acquisition, academic coordination, or education support.

Compensation & Benefits

During Probation:

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month.
• Probation Duration: 5 Months.

Additional Performance-Based Rewards:

• Performance incentives up to ₹10,000 per month.
• Weekly monetary rewards based on individual performance and certifications.
• Additional recognition for achieving performance milestones.
