About the Role

DAUGHTOR is an art house seeking enthusiastic Marketing & Outreach Interns for a remote, work-from-home opportunity. This role focuses on direct communication and building relationships to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling, connecting, and generating business opportunities.
• Make cold calls and warm calls to prospective clients, participants, and business associates.
• Identify potential clients and build a strong prospect database to generate leads.
• Identify appropriate influencers and reach out to them.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and convert enquiries into business.
• Promote DAUGHTOR Events and participation opportunities.
• Provide marketing support, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and promotional activities.
• Maintain call records, lead updates, and daily progress reports for reporting.
• Opportunities to participate in marketing strategy, content creation, and presentations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent communication and conversational skills.
• Fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
• Confident and comfortable speaking to strangers over the phone.
• Persuasive, proactive, and good at following up.
• Creative thinking and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Must have access to a laptop and a good internet connection.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome.
• Graduates, undergraduates, and students pursuing BBA, MBA, or other courses are eligible to apply.

Internship Details

• Duration: 2 Months
• Work Mode: Remote – Work from Home
• Working Schedule: 3 hours a day, 5 days a week
• Location Preference: Kolkata
• Joining: Immediate
