About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical. Your responsibilities will involve determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. You will focus on boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture, and confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Oversee the order sequence of procurement and the end-to-end financial process.
• Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work with detailed instructions on all tasks.
