Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 30-35 clients.
- Determine monthly revenue for each client using financial analysis and tools.
- Track payments and communicate past due amounts.
- Audit client past payments to ensure amounts collected agree with the contract or amendments.
- Make revenue recoveries by coordinating with field sales personnel and the client.
- Act as the subject matter expert for assigned clients.
- Complete new contract review and analysis.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting related to the client portfolio or requests from other business units.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office products (Basic Knowledge)
- Excel (Proficient)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 0 - 1+ year financial experience in finance, accounting, forecasting/modeling, or a related area.
- Attention to detail.
- System knowledge.
- Ability to assimilate multiple sources of information into business recommendations in short periods of time.
- Ability to manage time and work under deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
