About the Role
This role is responsible for reviewing multi-country Corporate or Group Accounting processes including General Ledger, Balance Sheet reconciliation, month-end processes, preparation of Management Packs, and Financial Statements as per US GAAP.

Opportunity to work in a multi-country or Group Accounting process including General Ledger, Balance Sheet reconciliation, and month-end processes. Also, implement process improvements by providing lean ideas, enforcing an environment with uncompromising controls, and improving quality.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounting experience including Group Accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, Balance Sheet reconciliation, and financial year closing process.
- Meticulous adherence to the compliance calendar of the client to ensure smooth closure of books, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Gain a thorough understanding of business processes and operations adopted by the client to identify their requirements and ensure they are met through regular updates, schedules, and reports.
- Maintain a dashboard to demonstrate progress of activities and status quo of multi-country engagements.
- Willingness to challenge status quo processes and desire to implement process improvements by providing lean ideas, enforcing an environment with uncompromising controls, and improving quality.
- Review the progress dashboard of multi-country engagements and be part of review meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Foster working relationships with the team and across departments.
- Manage additional project-related responsibilities as well as ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes For Success

Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA or ACCA or CPA).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting.
- End-to-end knowledge of accounting processes, accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP).
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Workday, SAP, MS Business Central, etc.
