Art Specialist

About the Role

The Art Specialist will work full-time on-site at NIVASA’s Gurugram location, contributing to the artistic direction and visual identity across classic and contemporary product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and refining art concepts.
• Creating visual artwork and graphics for furniture and interiors.
• Collaborating with designers and artisans to ensure aesthetic consistency.
• Providing art direction for collections.
• Preparing sketches and mood boards.
• Exploring different mediums such as painting and mixed media to support product storytelling.
• Participating in design reviews.
• Supporting branding and presentation materials.
• Maintaining high-quality standards that align with NIVASA’s luxury positioning.
• Experimenting with creative disciplines like music or soundscapes to enhance experiential environments in showrooms and client spaces.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Art and Painting.
• Demonstrated ability to work across traditional and contemporary styles.
• Skills in Graphics and Art Direction.
• Ability to create visual concepts, layouts, and cohesive design narratives.

Qualifications

• Creative exposure to Music and other artistic mediums that can enrich spatial and experiential design.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Design, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience working with luxury, interior, or product design brands is an advantage.
• Familiarity with collaborating with artisans and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original work, attention to detail, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into refined, production-ready art is highly desirable.
