About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM & Marketing Intern at our Bengaluru office for 3 Months.
What You’ll Do
- Execute campaigns across Push Notifications, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Perform campaign QA to ensure accurate copy, links, targeting, and scheduling.
- Manage campaign calendars, creatives, and execution trackers.
- Track campaign performance and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support audience uploads and ongoing CRM operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Prior CRM or digital marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory!
