About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Gujarat. This role is ideal for recent graduates, particularly those with a BBA or MBA background, who are eager to start their careers in the life insurance and banking sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable insurance and banking solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- A proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of life insurance and banking products is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the sales field.
