Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment updates in internal systems.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle until joining.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
