About the Role
- Fully remote, full-time role requiring approximately 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Open to candidates currently based in India.
- Looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with the team.
- Must have a reliable laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Write 2 long-form scripts and 3-4 short-form scripts every week in Hinglish.
- Research topics and develop new content ideas.
- Research and write well-structured, engaging scripts.
- Suggest titles and thumbnail concepts for videos.
- Collaborate with the content and strategy team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hindi and English fluency required, with the ability to write and communicate clearly in both languages.
- Scripts must be written in Hinglish.
- Curious, driven, and hungry to learn, improve, and take on increasing responsibilities (Growth Mindset).
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks, working independently, and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. The degree must be completed.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a closely related role is preferred.
