About the Role
This is the first team hire for TrySideDoor. The role is fully remote for now. Being in Bangalore is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Spend most of your day on the phone with inbound leads.
- Understand what clients are looking for.
- Walk clients through how TrySideDoor works.
- Help clients decide if TrySideDoor is right for them.
- Follow up on WhatsApp.
- Get new clients set up.
- Provide feedback on what's working and what isn't.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable talking to people for most of the day.
- Ability to hold a real conversation with someone 10 years older.
- Ability to figure things out without being told every step.
- Genuine enjoyment in helping someone land their next job.
- Access to a Claude seat on the team plan.
Qualifications
- This role is for an Intern.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm.
Compensation: ₹10,000 per month fixed pay, plus a fixed amount for every inbound client closed. Realistic earnings around ₹30,000 per month.
