About the Role
- Software Engineer Intern (Fall 2026) role at Parsons Corporation.
- Part of the growing Agile team supporting critical mission applications for the C2 AOC community within Parsons’ Mission Software Directorate.
- Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging enterprise application or platform infrastructure software.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Object-oriented analysis and design techniques.
- Common CM tools and best practices.
- Angular UI/UX experience for Java Applications.
- Java application development experience, specifically microservice architectures.
- Experience using Docker containers for development and deployment.
- Experience with Kubernetes runtime environments based in AWS cloud environments.
- US Citizen required due to DoD contract.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an engineering field.
- Great interpersonal and communications skills, establishing and maintaining effective work relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment, taking initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, in both spoken and written English.
- Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment using the Scrum methodology.
