About the Role
The Inside Sales Associate – B2C (Freshers) role at Crio.Do is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The associate will engage with prospective learners via calls, emails, and messages to understand their goals and explain Crio.Do’s programs and offerings. The associate will handle inbound and outbound leads, follow up diligently, and guide potential customers through the decision-making and enrollment process.

- Represent Crio.Do’s values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform core inside sales activities, including explaining offerings, handling objections, and closing B2C deals.
- Skills in customer satisfaction and customer service to build trust, respond promptly, and provide a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Experience or aptitude in lead generation, including qualifying prospects and nurturing leads through regular follow-ups.
- Basic account management skills to track learner interactions, update records, and support customers post-enrollment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent education.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
