About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Batch Manager Intern to manage the day-to-day operations of the Bandhan ABC Batch in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with trainers, supporting students, tracking batch performance, and ensuring smooth execution of all batch activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned batches and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with trainers for session schedules, updates, and training requirements.
- Track student attendance, engagement, and overall performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students and resolve their queries.
- Communicate schedules, assessments, and important updates to students on time.
- Maintain accurate batch records, trackers, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth batch execution and alignment.
- Monitor batch progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities independently.
- Candidates who can commit to the full 3.5-month internship are preferred.
