About the Role
Oxyzo Financial Services is seeking a Credit Analyst: CA Fresher for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves assessing the creditworthiness of SME clients by analyzing financial statements, cash flows, and business performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare credit appraisal reports.
- Conduct risk analysis.
- Support the approval process for credit proposals in line with internal policies.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and other internal teams to gather information, clarify client requirements, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor existing portfolios and track key metrics.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance credit evaluation and turnaround time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Basic financial modeling.
- Familiarity with lending or banking systems is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, preferably recently certified, with an interest in credit and risk analysis.
- Strong Credit Management and Credit evaluation skills relevant to SME lending.
- Robust Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data and business metrics.
- Effective Communication Skills for interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foundational knowledge in Finance, including understanding of financial statements and ratios.
- Attention to detail.
- High ethical standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
