Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales through active lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
• Promote home and hotel automation solutions to architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate and design ecosystem.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and recommend customized automation solutions, including:
• Lighting
• Security
• Climate control
• Other smart automation solutions
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's regional customer base.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.
• Represent Smart Node at trade shows, site meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Travel within the assigned city/region for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong industry networks, particularly in the home, building, architecture, and interior design ecosystem.
• Interest in smart technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates from diverse building materials, architectural, interior, and design-related industries are welcome.
• Automation industry experience is not mandatory.
• Strong market knowledge and an established professional network are valued.
