About the Role
- Full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role at FSSSI GLOBAL PVT. LTD.
- Location: Pune City
- Work Model: Hybrid with work-from-home flexibility.
- As a fresher, will receive guidance and training, expected to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned recruitment tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities:
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening resumes
- Coordinating interviews
- Assisting with offer and onboarding processes
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Post job advertisements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Attend hiring events when required.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and documentation.

- Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting.
- Skills in Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Skills in Hiring and Interviewing.
- Skills in Employer Branding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Ability to manage time well.
- Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of HR practices.
- Interest in talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with online job portals or professional networking platforms is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates from other disciplines with a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
