About the Role
The Pratt and Whitney internship program provides valuable exposure to digital technology skills, disciplines, and functions.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with a Digital Technology team to deliver real results in the areas of business, technology, and process/project management.
- Deliver successful digital technology solutions for business-critical projects in one of the following digital function areas:
- Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Data Science & Analytics
- Enterprise Business Systems
- Infrastructure Services
- Product Management
- Software Development
- User Experience Design
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree program in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or other Information Technology concentration and actively enrolled through completion of the internship.
- Experience with data analytics or general IT infrastructure.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
- Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistent record of collaboration, innovation, and initiative.
- Preferred strong technical skills in design, development, big data/analytics, infrastructure, IT/Cybersecurity.
Additional Information
- Position Role Type: Hybrid
- Location: US-CT-EAST HARTFORD
- Salary Range: 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD
The salary range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits and incentive compensation programs.
