About the Role

The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing campaigns that promote FirstJobIndia’s services to students, colleges, and employers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research.
• Help develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Support basic sales activities.
• Engage with prospective users through various communication channels.
• Contribute to content for digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Help track campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
• Foundational Sales and general Marketing skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage time effectively.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and interest in education and early-career development.
