About the Role
FML Group is an emerging Media Intelligence & Media Analytics Group with an expanding international footprint. This is a 6-Month Paid Internship with a Remote (Work From Home) setup. Outstanding performance may lead to a direct placement for a permanent, full-time role within FML Group. Your career path can be aligned with your strengths in areas like Media Analytics, Brand Strategy, Content, or Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Ads Management: Plan, execute, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Graphic Design Production: Craft high-converting, mobile-first ad visuals, digital assets, and marketing creatives using Adobe Photoshop.
- Media Analytics & ROI: Track key performance indicators (CTR, CPA, ROAS), run A/B creative testing, and analyze campaign data to continuously improve ad performance.
- Brand Standards: Ensure visual quality and ad copy align with agency standards across various regional markets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Digital Marketing Competency: Hands-on experience or active certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Graphic Design Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop for ad design.
- Illustrator, Figma, or Canva skills are a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to craft clear ad copy paired with a solid understanding of target audience segmentation and performance tracking.
- Work From Home Setup: Reliable computer/laptop, high-speed internet connection, good communication skills, and strong self-discipline.
