About the Role
Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd is hiring Investor Services Professionals for a Hedge Fund at a Big 4 firm in Mumbai. This role involves building an investor coordination team to manage high-volume investor and advisor interactions across alternative investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage investor queries across transactions, investor portals, outreach, and tax.
- Support subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- Handle AML and KYC requirements.
- Manage advisor-led enquiries (approximately 12,000 per quarter).
- Respond to investor enquiries on economic and geopolitical developments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Exposure to Hedge Fund products.
- Experience supporting institutional and/or private wealth clients.
- Understanding of investment products and investor processes.
- Familiarity with US investor taxation concepts.
- Fund Accounting experience not required.
