About the Role
Polaris School of Technology is a new-age tech school rethinking college education. The Brand team experiences a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Running events, activations, and campus experiences.
- Developing content across social media, WhatsApp, email, and campaigns.
- Engaging in community building.
- Brainstorming and shipping ideas.
- Collaborating with Design, Media, Business, and Tech teams.
- Experimenting with AI tools and automations.
Who We're Looking For
- Individuals with a doer mentality, high ownership, good work ethic, discipline, and resourcefulness.
- A strong asset if you possess notable skills in one or more of the following: Events, Content, Community, Social Media, Design, Content Creation, or AI Automation.
- Experience in running a college club, organizing a fest, building a community, creating engaging reels, or automating tasks is highly valued.
The Polaris Experience
- Work from the Whitefield campus with access to an open theatre, café, and regular events.
- Opportunity to collaborate closely with multiple teams, see ideas implemented, and gain significant ownership.
- Standard work week is 5 days in-office. Weekend events may require adjustments to the work week.
