Summer Intern

About the Role

The Summer Intern role at Allianz Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The intern will support teams in areas such as insurance operations, shared services, analytics, or engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, documentation, reporting, and process reviews.
• Prepare presentations.
• Update internal databases.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Contribute to ongoing projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data, interpret findings, and support business decisions.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured way.
• Digital literacy, including proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) and the willingness to learn new systems.
• Collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams and follow guidance from mentors and supervisors.
• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, finance, engineering, IT, analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Curiosity about insurance, asset management, or consulting, along with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, global environment, is highly beneficial.
