About the Role
You will create what customers see: packaging on the shelf, listing images on Amazon, posts on Instagram, and banners on the website. This is a hands-on role with high volume, a high standard, and a wide creative range. You will report to the Head of Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design packaging across the range, including graphics, print-ready artwork, and dielines.
- Handle final sign-off with the printer for packaging.
- Create marketplace creatives such as listing images and A+ content for Amazon and quick commerce.
- Design website banners, landing pages, campaign pages, and product storytelling.
- Create social content: statics, carousels, stories, and reel covers.
- Work within licensed character style guides and ensure asset compliance.
- Extend the brand’s visual language into new collections.
- Keep the asset library organized.
- Turn brand guidelines into ready-to-use templates for the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Fluency in Figma for digital work.
Qualifications
- Designing for a consumer brand, studio, or agency.
- Strong typography skills.
- Print and packaging experience, including dielines, bleed, CMYK, and print production.
- A portfolio that shows more than one style, each done well.
- Illustration or character work is a strong plus.
- Speed with attention to detail, and comfort with high volume.
