About the Role

Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Houston team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential candidates via phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Identify and find great candidates for the healthcare team.
• Review applications and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate information.
• Collaborate with the HR team to achieve hiring goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and learning new software.
• Experience with recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.

• No previous recruiting or HR experience required.
