About the Role
Fuel Wings is seeking ambitious, curious, and entrepreneurial individuals for the Founder's Office. This role offers hands-on experience in new business initiatives, innovative projects, market expansion, and growth strategies. It is ideal for fresh graduates, final-year students, and interns seeking real-world startup exposure and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- New Projects & Innovation: Research, conceptualize, and execute new business ideas and strategic initiatives.
- Growth & Marketing Strategy: Develop creative customer acquisition, digital marketing, branding, and market expansion strategies.
- Business Development: Identify new markets, partnerships, revenue opportunities, and business models.
- Founder's Office: Support strategic planning, market research, competitor analysis, and execution of high-priority projects.
- AI & Digital Transformation: Explore AI tools, automation, and technology-driven business opportunities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, independent thinking, and a strong willingness to learn.
- No prior work experience is required; ideas, initiative, and execution are valued over experience.
Qualifications
- Freshers, final-year students, and recent graduates.
- Students and alumni from IITs, BITS Pilani, NITs (including MNIT), IIMs, RGPV, UPES, PDEU, and other leading engineering, management, and technology institutions are particularly encouraged to apply.
