The Graphic Designer at DFL Studio is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. In this position, the designer will create visual concepts and layouts for branding materials, marketing collateral, and digital assets that align with client and studio objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop graphic designs and logos.
• Refine typography and color palettes.
• Prepare final artwork for both print and digital use.
• Collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders to interpret briefs, present concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across projects.
• Contribute to maintaining the studio’s high design standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse visual projects.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including development of cohesive visual identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography and its application in layouts for print and digital media.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a studio environment.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a design studio or similar professional setting is an advantage.
