Job Details
- Location: Sector 1, Kolkata
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Job Type: Apprenticeship / Trainee
- Stipend: ₹12,500 per month (in-hand)
- Registration: Board of Practical Training (BOPT)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create attractive posters, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Design and publish recruitment advertisements and company updates.
- Plan and schedule social media posts to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media performance, reach, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with the HR and marketing teams for recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding and professional communication across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Mass communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, graphic design, and video editing will be preferred.
- Good communication, creativity, and content-writing skills.
