About the Role
Westgrove is seeking reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities in clients' homes and engage recipients in community activities to help them grow and strengthen personal goals. Westgrove services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
- Must be 18 years or older.
