About the Role
- Handle customer calls related to UK pension services and retirement benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with pension account information, contributions, withdrawals, and policy-related queries.
- Verify customer details and maintain data accuracy.

- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- English (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally over calls.
- Interpersonal and listening skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
Qualifications
- UG: Any Graduate
- Basic knowledge of pension, retirement, or financial services processes is preferred.
