Business Operations Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2C order tracking and logistics coordination.
• Actively engage with customers on WhatsApp Business, answering queries, managing orders, and providing exceptional support.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and logistics efficiently.
• Maintain daily records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Solve operational issues proactively, providing smooth customer experiences.
• Take follow-ups from fellow team members on their tasks & reporting.
• Directly report and collaborate closely with the Co-founders.
