Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Raidurg, HYD (Onsite)
Shift: US EST / Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen IT candidates for US-based requirements.
- Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate with account managers and hiring teams.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
- Managed end-to-end US IT recruitment activities through Beeline/VMS, including requisition review, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of US IT technologies and job markets.
- Experience with OPT, H1B, GC, USC, and other work authorizations.
