Content & Scripting Intern (Fitness)

About the Role

Connect-M creates content and campaigns for fitness creators and brands. We are looking for a sharp, curious intern to help shape the content that goes out under our creators’ names.

What You'll Do

• Scripting (your main focus)
• Write scripts for YouTube long-form videos and short-form content (Reels/Shorts) in a creator’s voice.
• Build strong hooks, structure the story, and write clear directions for the creator.
• Revise scripts based on feedback.
• Content planning and calendar
• Build and maintain the monthly content calendar across formats and platforms.
• Keep topics, deadlines and publishing status organised and up to date.
• Trend and idea research
• Track trending formats, topics, audio and conversations in fitness and fat loss.
• Turn findings into script ideas and pitch them with a short rationale.
• Study what works for top creators and competitors.
• Influencer calendar
• Maintain a database and calendar of fitness influencers: niche, platform, content style, collaboration windows.
• Carousels
• Design carousels (Canva or similar) for Instagram and LinkedIn where required.

What We're Looking For

• Must have
• Strong writing skills in English (Hindi/Hinglish is a plus).
• Understanding of how YouTube and Instagram content works: hooks, retention, pacing.
• Genuine interest in fitness, nutrition or health content.
• Ability to research quickly and present findings clearly.
• Organised, deadline-driven, comfortable taking feedback.
• Good to have
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Experience with Notion, Google Sheets or similar planning tools.
• A portfolio, writing samples or your own content page.
