Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Rupeek, you will support the recruiting team in finding, engaging, and moving great candidates through the hiring process. You’ll get hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate coordination, and recruiting analytics, and you’ll work closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals, and build talent pipelines for open roles.
• Screen resumes against job requirements and reach out to candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and panelists, and keep candidates informed through each stage.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and keep pipeline reports up to date.
• Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and recruiting processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication. You can write outreach messages that get replies.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter is a strong plus.
• Prior exposure to an ATS is also a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions at once.
• Curious about people and hiring, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Nice to have: Experience with recruiting tools, HR tech, or basic data visualization.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Internship Duration: 6 Months
