Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collating and validating data for monthly/quarterly L&D dashboards & EE initiatives (Employer Branding).
- Manage program scheduling, content uploads, learner enrolment, and platform-related troubleshooting.
- Manage learning data, maintain attendance and feedback reports of learning programs, and handle the administration of online learning platforms & LXP.
- Provide support during training sessions, including virtual facilitated trainings and workshops.
