About the Role
PracticeOnline is an AI-powered mock interview platform designed to help students and freshers excel in real interviews. We are seeking a high-intelligence technical intern who can independently develop and deploy new features, contribute to architectural decisions, and take ownership of their work.
What you'll do
- Build and ship new features independently
- Improve platform reliability, including the speech/transcription pipeline and session handling
- Refactor and optimize existing code for scale
- Work directly with the founder, with high autonomy and ownership
What we're looking for
- Strong fundamentals and ability to learn quickly
- Comfort in making product + technical calls
- An approach that views bugs and gaps as opportunities for product improvement
- A bias toward shipping over perfect planning
