About the Role
Apprentice / Officer - Quality Control at ACUTAAS CHEMICALS LIMITED
Key Responsibilities
- Sampling of all Raw materials, packing material, and finished product as per their sampling plan.
- Testing of all Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, in-process Products, & Finished product.
- HPLC/GC analysis of in-process & FG and its documentation.
- Calibration of HPLC's/GCs and balances.
- Handling head space analysis.
- Perform wet lab analysis such as moisture, Loss on drying, pH, TLC, etc.
- Daily calibration of balances & pH meters.
- Temperature recording of the HPLC/GC section.
- Update the instruments logbooks that are in charge.
- Update columns log books.
- Ensure the operation and calibration of all instruments.
- Prepare proper protocol/documents for all analysis of Raw material, Packing material & finished product.
- Prepare all required volumetric solutions, general solutions, indicator solutions, and their standardization & documentation.
- Prepare control samples of finished goods, stability samples, working std. preparation, and maintain documentation.
- Maintain Housekeeping of the Quality control area.
- Follow safety norms during work.
