About the Role

We are seeking a research-oriented individual with an instinct for storytelling and the ability to translate insights into original campaign propositions. The role combines campaign development, strategic client outreach, institutional engagement, and creative proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Impact Intelligence: Study organisations, their activities, sustainability initiatives, CSR/ESG practices, partnerships, and communication objectives. Identify credible insights and storytelling opportunities.
• Storytelling & Campaign Development: Develop original campaign ideas, communication themes, narrative frameworks, and preliminary audiovisual concepts informed by research and audience understanding.
• Strategic Outreach & Client Engagement: Undertake targeted outreach to identified corporate and institutional stakeholders, coordinate and participate in meetings, present propositions, and maintain professional follow-ups.
• Government & Institutional Proposals: Review project briefs, RFPs, and relevant tenders; understand departmental requirements; and independently develop concept notes, campaign approaches, pitch decks, and creative proposals.
• Pitch & Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive presentations, narrative treatments, preliminary concept teasers, and proposals tailored to client objectives.
• Opportunity Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, proposals, and submission timelines through professional networking and CRM platforms.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, digital research tools, and CRM platforms is desirable.
• Relevant academic projects, field research, documentary work, or campaign-development experience will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Applications are encouraged from candidates pursuing or holding undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications in Sustainability Management, ESG, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development, Development Studies, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Development Communication, Strategic Communication, Media & Cultural Studies, or related interdisciplinary programs.
• A genuine interest in sustainability and social impact, complemented by strong storytelling and creative conceptualisation skills, will be particularly valued.
