Key Responsibilities

• Work on the production and assembly line.
• Assist in manufacturing of automotive air-conditioning components.
• Perform assembly, fitting, and machine operation activities.
• Carry out basic quality inspection and visual checking of components.
• Handle production tools, equipment, and materials as instructed.
• Follow production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for daily production activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 10th Pass / 12th Pass
• ITI – Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Welder and other trades.
• Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile and related branches.
• Any Graduate / Any Degree.
