Plan Data Analyst

About the Role

This role supports the J&J Vision Supply Chain Planning organization by processing data tickets for SAP and OMP Plan data accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Process data tickets for SAP and OMP Plan data.
• Execute data uploads into SAP via Winshuttle and into OMP Planning System using standard templates for material master, bill of materials, routings, etc.
• Validate data templates for accuracy of inputs using established work instructions and follow up with Requestors if information is invalid or insufficient.
• Familiarize with the master data solution design for SAP and OMP.
• Work with stakeholders to solve data-related issues, identify opportunities for process improvement, and build new future state processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline data-related processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Quickly gain knowledge of current department processes and end-to-end information to understand and assess data impact on business and systems.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), protocols, and data quality catalogs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Attention to details required.
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Supply chain experience, preferably in master data, operations, or a multi-functional business environment.
• Basic business and/or technical knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data elements, processes, and organizational support models.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives.
• Ability to contribute on a diverse, multicultural, and partially remote team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within timelines in a rapidly changing matrix environment.

Experience with SAP master data management is preferred.

Experience with OMP is preferred.

SAP Winshuttle is preferred.

Data management experience in the context of large ERP platforms is preferred.
