About the Role

Wider World Immigration is growing its sales team at our Nehru Place, New Delhi office. We are hiring Immigration Consultants - Sales. This is a full-time, work from office position at Nehru Place, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation and advice on immigration/visa options, eligibility, and processes.
• Assess client profiles and suggest suitable programs (e.g., PR, student visa, work visa, business migration).
• Handle end-to-end case management, including documentation, application submissions, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and regulations of different countries.
• Explain timelines, fees, and requirements clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents and verify accuracy.
• Communicate with visa authorities, embassies, and other relevant agencies as needed.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Achieve monthly targets for conversions and successful applications.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
